Nathan Cousin joined Central State University football staff the fall of 2021 and serves as Defensive Pass Game Coordinator/ Safeties Coach.
 

Cousin previous coaching stint he served as Running Backs Coach & Special Teams assistant at Whittier College located in Los Angeles, California in 2019.
 

Prior to Whittier College, Cousin served as the Associate Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator at T.C Howe Community High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his two seasons with the Hornets, Cousin helped the team to a City Championship while having multiple All-City Defensive Backs in 2018. For his success, Cousin was named City Assistant Coach of the Year.

Cousin begin his coaching career as an Undergrad Defensive Quality Control/Defensive Backs Special Teams Coach at Central State University in 2011.
 

Cousin played defensive back at Central State University from 2008 to 2010, where he was a three-time letterman & CSU Team Award Winner after transferring from Alabama A&M University. Cousin received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.in 2012.
