Media Credentials
  • Credentials are required for all home contests.
  • Space is limited in McPherson Memorial Stadium press box and Beacom/Lewis Gymnasium media areas.
  • Only working members of the press on official assignment will be credentialed.
  • CSU Athletics reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time.
Photo Credentials
  • All photographers (professional and amateur) must request a photo pass in advance.
  • Credentials must be visible at all times while shooting from non-spectator areas.
  • High-resolution images are available upon request for recognized media outlets.
  • ID’s must be shown to collect Credentials
  • Credentials must be returned at end of game or media will not be permitted to return
Interview Requests
  • All interviews with coaches, student-athletes, or staff must be coordinated through the Sports Information Office.
  • Interviews may be conducted in person or via phone.
  • Cell phone numbers of coaches/student-athletes will not be released.
  • Postgame interviews:
    • Mandatory 10-minute cooling-off period before interviews.
    • Locker rooms are closed to media at all times.
    • Football/Track & Field – Interviews on 2nd floor of McPherson Stadium.
    • Basketball/Volleyball – Interviews at scorer’s table or designated media room.
Practice Access
  • All practices are closed to the public.
  • Media wishing to attend must request prior approval.
  • Approved access will be communicated to coaches and players.
  • Unauthorized presence will result in removal and forfeiture of credentials.
Visiting Media / Radio Broadcasts
  • Inform CSU Athletics if you plan to bring a radio crew.
  • Basketball broadcasts can be accommodated easily; other venues may require coordination.
  • Submit a full list of your media support staff in advance. Family/friends are not permitted in media seating areas.

Game Coverage
  • Live statistics available for most sports.
  • PDF, XML, and BPK stat files distributed postgame.
  • Printed stats available with prior notice for football & basketball.
Live Video
  • Streaming of all home events available via Sidearm Sports at www.maraudersports.tv or Roku searching Marauder Sports
Live Stats
  • Provided for football & basketball with links posted on team schedule pages.
Radio Coverage
  • Home games can be heard on WCSU
Game Notes
  • Available for all home football games and select basketball contests.
Website Coverage
  • Official game recaps, box scores, and updated statistics posted on www.maraudersports.com as soon as possible following each event.
Policy Enforcement
The Sports Information Office reserves the right to:
  • Deny or revoke media credentials.
  • Remove individuals from CSU facilities for violations of media policies.
  • Require a 12-month waiting period before reconsidering credential requests following a violation.
