Central State University Football is excited to welcome Carson Hailey as the new Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator. A rising talent in the coaching ranks, Hailey brings a strong background in offensive line development and run game strategy, with experience at both the FCS and Big South levels.

Hailey most recently served as an Offensive Graduate Assistant at Austin Peay State University, where he was instrumental in assisting with offensive line preparation and in developing game plans in a competitive Ohio Valley Conference environment. Prior to that, he spent over three years at Gardner-Webb University, working as an Offensive Quality Control coach and Student Assistant, focusing on the offensive line and tight ends. During his time with Gardner-Webb, he contributed to the program’s success by supporting practice planning, film breakdown, and player development.

Known for his attention to detail and knowledge of the trenches, Coach Hailey brings a tireless work ethic and fresh perspective to the Marauder offense. Head Coach Tony Carter shared, “Coach Hailey is one of the bright young minds in offensive football. His ability to teach, connect, and motivate our offensive line is going to help elevate our run game to the next level.”
