Central State track & field prepares for University of Findlay Flag City Invite


WILBERFORCE, Ohio - The Central State University track & field program prepares to compete in this Friday's University of Findlay Flag City Invite.


Friday will mark the seventh indoor meet for the CSU program. CSU recently competed in the Virginia Beach Pre-National Meet. The CSU women highlighted the program's efforts last weekend in Virginia as Jaylin Bradshaw finished in fifth place in the 400 meter race (59.26) and Darcey Dorris claimed fifth place in the shot put with a throw of 11.11 m (36' 5.5). The women's 4 x 400 meter relay team also recorded a fifth place finish with a pace of 4:09.22.


Turning the focus to this Friday's competition in Findlay, Ohio, CSU will begin competition with the field events at 2 pm. Running events will begin at 5 pm. The meet will be held at the Malcolm Athletic Center on the UF campus.
