Quotable – Head Coach Joseph Price
"It was a tough game for us going up against one of the top teams in the Gulf South Conference. These are the type of teams our guys have to be ready to go up against. This is a good lesson for us. We have to pay more attention to detail. It doesn't feel good to lose so hopefully we can regroup and play a better game at their place this Sunday."

"We struggled from the field and missed a lot of layups. I think we can be a much better defensive team. We need to keep our heads on a swivel and play with more intensity."

"We did a decent job with offensive rebounding but we did not do a great job of capitalizing on those second chance opportunities."
