Marauders get first SIAC victory

Wilberforce, OH - The Lady Marauders trailed just one time in the game and that was the opening basket making it 2-0 Benedict.  The Lady Marauders took the 4-2 lead and never looked back in their 86-72 win over the Benedict College Tigers.  The win moved the Lady Marauders to 2-6 overall and 1-2 in SIAC play.  Camryn Nadir had her best game of the season as she led all scorers with 20 points and was 4-8 beyond the arc.  Naomi Shorts poured in 17 points and Samara Savory (11) and Dashanti Miller (10) all finished with double figures.  

The Lady Marauders look to make it a home winning streak as they take on Allen University on Monday at 5:30pm at Beacom/Lewis Gymnasium.
