The Central State Marauders were unable to control the balanced scoring attack of the #3 ranked Grand Valley State Lakers. Grand Valley State trailed in this game just one time at 4-3 in the 1st period. GVSU used runs of 11, 9, and 12 to run out to a half-time lead of 58-22. GVSU continued to pour it on in the 3rd period extending the lead to 85-35. CSU was able to get it going in the 4th period led by
Nadya McCown's back to back 3 point baskets. McCown led the Marauders with 13 points.Â
Dashanti Miller added 8 points along with 10 rebounds. GVSU had 6 players reach double figures in scoring, they were led by Megan Crow's 19 points. The Lady Marauders look to get back in the win column as they travel to West Virginia to take on Bluefield State on Wednesday. Â
