COLUMBIA, South Carolina – Four players scored in double figures for Central State as the Lady Marauders earned a 73-59 road win over Allen on Saturday.

With the win, CSU improves to 2-6 overall while AU falls to 4-8 on the year.

CSU took a 25-21 edge after the first quarter and built their lead up to nine by halftime, 40-31. CSU maintained the pace in the second half as the lead ballooned to double-figures. CSU led by as many as 17 midway through the fourth quarter and cruised to the 14-point win.

Kenedi London led the Lady Marauders with 19 points.
Ciara Hardy scored 13 points while
Abbigail Peterson and
Lola Chambers each contributed with 10 points.

CSU forced 31 turnovers and outscored AU, 37-12, in points off of giveaways.

CSU will return to action on the road on December 31 at Grand Valley State.
