Central State University Marauders Athletics

Tanija Beasley (Central State University-Ohio) and Tommy Earl (Black Hills State University-South Dakota) have been named the ICAA Basketball Players of the Week.
 
The ICAA is composed of NCAA Division II schools that are not in a conference.  Its members are Black Hills State, Central Oklahoma, Central State, Lindenwood, Notre Dame College, Oakland City, Palm Beach Atlantic, Urbana, Ursuline and Washington Adventist.
 
Beasley, a junior guard/forward from Gahanna, Ohio, averaged 17.6 points and 8.3 rebounds a game in leading her team to a 3-0 record.  She had 20 points with seven rebounds and shot 10-of-12 from the floor in a 81-63 win over Salem International.  Beasley scored 24 points with nine rebounds in helping her team beat West Virginia Tech to win the Joe Manchin Classic
